Job DescriptionWhat We’re Looking ForWe need a seasoned fullstack and backend Rust engineer to lead the architect design, roadmap and functional requirements. QualificationsQualificationsYour Background7-10+ years of software engineering experience (preferably at early-stage startups or high-growth platforms)2+ years of experience working in Rust in production environments, ideally on scalable web or blockchain-native backendsStrong experience designing modern, scalable backend architectures from scratch — including authentication, real-time messaging, microservices, APIs, caching, and database designProficiency with Rust frameworks like Actix, Axum, Tokio, or RocketExperience with WebAssembly, gRPC, or GraphQL is a plusPassion for decentralization, crypto, Web3, and building products that empower usersComfortable working without product managers, defining scope, and leading engineering directionBonus: experience with blockchain integration, tokenomics, or building in no-fee marketplacesOleOle – Where Fans Kick Off!
