Contract
Location: Remote – Americas Team (Open to applicants located in North & South America, with the ability primarily work within US business hours/time zones)
Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.
As a Lead Product Designer at Fueled, you will take charge of complex product challenges and guide them toward clear, high-value solutions. You will work closely with teammates and clients alike, shaping experiences that ship, scale, and leave a lasting impact. This role is for a senior individual contributor who leads with a strong point of view, thoughtful partnership, and attention to detail.

What you will do:
• Lead end-to-end design for marketing, editorial, and information-rich web and mobile experiences, often within CMS-driven environments.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable patterns, ensuring scalability, consistency, polish, and long-term quality across projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-discipline teams, providing design leadership that aligns product, engineering, and strategy toward cohesive solutions, while exploring innovative approaches and challenging assumptions.
• Lead workshops and presentations as a primary design partner to clients, building trust and credibility through clear storytelling, strategic communication, and demonstration of design impact.
• Use motion and interaction design strategically to elevate design, enhancing clarity, guiding user attention, and reinforcing experiences in a way that communicates intent, delight, and craftsmanship.

• You have 6+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design.

• You’re excited by storytelling and strategy, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
• You are an advocate for collaboration, guiding cross-functional teams through thoughtful communication, alignment, and shared problem-solving.
