As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-end pharmacy team and assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and delivering exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers.

**A Day in the Life:**

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you can expect a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to:

* Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
* Troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
* Partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborate with field training teams as needed
* Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
* Work alongside our pharmacist to ensure accuracy and provide best-in-class customer service

**Pay Range:**

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: $18.50

Maximum: $34.60

Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

**Required Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification

**Education:**

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
