What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design of an interconnected end-to-end ecosystem of information, data, and metrics
- Deliver insights through storytelling and provide operational insights to enhance decision-making
- Facilitate teams to develop and validate insights for problem-solving efforts
- Lead test design and evaluation of test results to understand the impact of solutions
- Support strategic priorities by leveraging data, statistics, and visualizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and statistical research
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong problem-solving, synthesizing, and analytical skills
- Experience with data visualization tools and BI tools like DOMO, Tableau, and SQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Conversant with R, Python, or other analytics tools
