Fifth Third is looking for a Lead Information Security Engineer (SailPoint) to join our organization as we completely reimagine and execute our transformation efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop & implement new features while continuously improving the quality of Identity and Access Management products Engage with and support banking application teams integrating their products with IAM systems Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers Participate in communities of practice by contributing to and following standards, reviewing others code, and sharing knowledge Excellent ability to diagnose and troubleshoot abstract and distributed systems. Provide technical support to regulatory agencies, external auditors, and internal auditors, as required, to respond to audits and examinations of the Bank's control environment. Seeking and maintaining knowledge (cross/up skill) of current and upcoming identity security technologies. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or 3-5+ experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise IAM solutions Knowledge of common Identity Management concepts and best-practices, such as identity lifecycle, account provisioning, certification, etc. Knowledge of frequently integrated technologies such as LDAP directories, JDBC databases, web services, etc. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other tools such as Oracle Waveset, Sun Identity Manager, or similar. Proven track record of building tooling, automation and/or services in one or multiple languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs, scripting, SQL, and other supporting technologies Basic knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies Financial industry experience is a plus. This role is able to be full time remote with some travel expected to the core team in Cincinnati, OH.
