Lead Healthcare Data Analyst Remote
About the position Responsibilities • Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance. • Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data. • Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, including business requirement definitions for new analyses. • Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed and support data quality and stewardship functions. • Use analytic skills to offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners. • Oversee project work from inception to delivery, mentoring junior analysts and onboarding new team members. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of data analysis experience required. • 1+ years of healthcare experience required. • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write SQL queries from scratch. • Experience with Tableau or Power BI is required.
