A recognized medical services network has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newDental Claims Cash Poster. This a Remote opportunity; however, the qualified professional must be able to work EST hours. Responsibilities: The Dental Claims Cash Poster (Remote) will: Receive payments from insurance companies, patients, or third-party payers Verify the accuracy of payment information, including the amount received, date of payment, and payment method Enter payment details into the practice management or billing software accurately Reconcile payments received with the corresponding dental insurance claims Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the expected payment and the actual payment received Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions related to dental claims Keep track of payment trends, denials, and other relevant financial data Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5 years of Collections / Follow-up experience, including at least 3 years of experience with Cash Posting 2 years of experience with dental claims High School Diploma / GED Proactive and Metrics Driven approach to efficiently working collections Customer service oriented Desired Skills: Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Apply tot his job
