Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Generator / Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. Duties • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media • Pre-qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and business needs • Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns across various channels including telemarketing and email outreach • Schedule calls for our sales team • Track leads in CRM or bolthires Sheets Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical sales • Experience in lead generation / appointment setting • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound calling and cold calling techniques • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls with professionalism and persistence • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward business development Pay Scale: • Starter ($2,500): $40–$60 per qualified call + $250–$500 per closed deal • Growth ($4,500–$6,500): $50–$75 per call + $500–$1,000 per closed deal • Premium ($15K–$35K+): $75–$100 per call + $1,500–$5,000 per closed deal Pay: $250.00 - $1,000.00 per weekBenefits: • Work from home Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
