Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in technology sales or software industries.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and engage prospects effectively.
Experience in business development is a plus, along with knowledge of market dynamics.
Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track progress.
