We are fully funded and building a dream team of A-players who want to work with the best of the best and take their careers to the next level.THE MISSIONAs a world-class Gameplay Engineering Lead, you will head a small, fully remote team and work on an exciting Multiplayer, Action RPG title. Working on Gameplay at Big Time Studios, you will interact closely with Designers, Artists, and guide the engineering team in order to architect and implement gameplay systems throughout the project. Requirements 5+ years of game development experienceShipped at least one high-quality AAA game for PC or ConsoleStrong programming background and C++ knowledgeStrong problem solving abilitiesHands-on experience with gameplay systems like AI, Animation, Combat and MissionsExperience profiling and optimizing game performanceAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholdersExperience managing gameplay teamsMust love games!
