Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Center Assistant Director, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
Assisting with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Providing exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
Leading and coaching team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Managing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Mentoring and supporting employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
Teaching/tutoring in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I (Pre-calculus and Calculus knowledge a plus)
Proficiency in computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates who:
Have experience in education or a related field
Possess a strong understanding of the Mathnasium Method and its applications
Have experience in sales or marketing
Are certified in math education or a related field
