Lead Follow-Up & Sales Associate (Remote – Flexible Hours)
About Us: Ohare Limo is a premium black car and limo service based in the Chicago area. We’re currently growing fast and generating a high volume of quality leads through online advertising. The challenge? We’re losing opportunities because we don’t have someone dedicated to calling these leads back right away. That’s where you come in. The Role: Must be located in the US, Central Time Zone. We’re seeking a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our team and manage lead follow-up calls. This is not a cold-calling position, every lead has already reached out and expressed interest in booking a ride. Your role will be to return their call promptly, answer questions, and guide them through completing their booking. Responsibilities: • Respond to new leads immediately with a phone call (training provided) • Answer basic questions about our services (pricing, availability, vehicles, etc.) • Convert leads into booked rides • Maintain a simple log of calls and outcomes What We Offer: • Weekly pay • Commission for every lead you close • Flexible, part-time hours – this is an excellent side hustle • Opportunity to grow with the business if it’s a good fit • Potential for more responsibilities as we expand What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner • Dependable and able to follow up quickly • Sales/customer service experience preferred but not required • Self-motivated, professional, and organized • Reliable phone and internet access Why This Role Rocks: This is not a high-pressure sales job.
