Accountabilities
• Design and develop engaging, SCORM/xAPI compliant learning experiences.
• Produce high-quality, mobile-friendly multimedia content.
• Optimize interactive eLearning solutions by building complex course functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and L&D peers for design accuracy.
• Conduct rigorous QA and learner data analysis for improvement.

Requirements
• 4-6+ years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing for mobile-first or low-bandwidth environments.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality digital learning work.
• Expertise in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
• Strong proficiency with multimedia tools like Camtasia and Vyond.
• Ability to incorporate AI into project work.
• Experience designing scenario-based learning and simulations.
• Familiarity with LMS administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional frameworks.
