You'll be working closely with our development team to resolve customer issues, improve our app's features, and provide exceptional support to our merchants. You'll also have the chance to try your hand at other aspects of the business, potentially switching roles in the future if you're interested. Initiative is always welcome here, and we encourage you to carve your own path if it brings value to the company. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer support representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Communicating with customers via live chat, email, or phone, and resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner. * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better understand our customers' needs and provide more effective support. * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our app's features and functionality. * Performing non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, making mockups, or assisting with other projects as needed. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. * A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a strong customer service mindset. * The ability to handle difficult customers (although we have very few of those!). * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical topics as needed. * The ability to write technical documentation and articles, with a willingness to learn more about content creation and marketing. * A willingness to perform non-CS related tasks, as we're a small startup and everyone wears multiple hats. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a great asset: * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization. * Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms. * Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian. * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote team, we're flexible and adaptable, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
