Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive customer growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align traffic and lead routing, manage online launch rollouts, and ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Your expertise in digital strategy, eCommerce coordination, and human assist strategy will be essential in driving digital sales volume and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital strategies that drive customer growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align traffic and lead routing, manage online launch rollouts, and ensure seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms
Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic routing in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth
Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer arenaflex products and features at the right times
Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities
Partner closely with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute digital initiatives
Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning to identify key problems or opportunities across digital
Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics, collaborating with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in digital strategy, eCommerce coordination, and human assist strategy. You should have a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) and at least 5 years of related experience. Certification in some areas may be required. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Strong understanding of digital audiences and personas, with the ability to guide customer journeys effectively

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including those listed above.
