About the Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with website or application-related issues and providing product or service information
Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system
Transferring data from documents into our client's system
Making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed
Performing additional duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of call center experience
Availability to complete online training with 100% attendance (paid at $15.25/hour)
The ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform at your best, you will need:
A desktop or laptop with a Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer operating system
A dual-core 2 GHz or better processor (i5+ or Ryzen equivalent recommended)
8GB or more of RAM
Wired peripherals (keyboard, mouse, and headset)
Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 20MB download and 10MB upload speed
A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
An active, functioning webcam
A second monitor/screen
