Key Skills and Qualifications
? Experience leading data architecture responsibilities in complex environments for enterprise-class products.
? Extensive experience with SQL Server and Azure.
? Expertise with cloud-based NoSQL data storage and data processing services.
? Deep understanding of modern patterns and approaches to data architectures.
? Proven ability to apply lean/agile principles pragmatically.
? Capability to work with various stakeholders and teams (on-shore and off-shore), leading by influence.
? A minimum of 10+ years of experience.
? Experience in the development of HRTech products a plus.
? Familiarity with AWS a plus.
