To learn more, go to www.zetaglobal.com.THE ROLE Zeta is seeking a mid-level Strategist to join our Go-to-Market Intelligence & Automation (GMIA) team within the Data Cloud Intelligence organization. This role is focused on driving scalable, automated intelligence delivery and aligning Zeta’s core capabilities with strategic client and internal needs.The ideal candidate brings a process- and systems-oriented mindset, strong analytical acumen, and a collaborative spirit to support the design, build, and refinement of Zeta's reporting, intelligence, and solutioning infrastructure. While grounded in automation and internal enablement, the role maintains a strategic lens and collaborates closely with stakeholders in Product, Applications, Analytics, Acceleration, and GTM teams.RESPONSIBILITIESTranslate go-to-market use cases into scalable intelligence workflows and repeatable solutionsDefine business requirements for new reports, dashboards, and insight packages used across verticalsPartner with Product and Analytics teams to shape the design, logic, and deployment of scalable intelligence solutionsImprove adoption and usability of Data Cloud tools through process refinement, documentation, and consultative supportServe as a point of connection between GTM strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that automation aligns with strategic value deliverySupport knowledge management efforts (documentation, templates, etc.) to accelerate team-wide efficiencyParticipate in cross-functional initiatives focused on process, internal tooling, and platform integrationsSupport some pre-sales or client-facing work with automation-aligned deliverablesREQUIREMENTS5–7 years of experience in data strategy, solution development, marketing analytics, or operationsDemonstrated ability to define process workflows, optimize systems, and manage stakeholder inputExperience working with or adjacent to product, analytics, or martech development teamsUnderstanding of audience targeting, performance marketing, customer intelligence, or omnichannel reportingAbility to distill technical information into clear business requirements and drive them through to deliveryComfort in both ambiguous strategy spaces and detailed process executionStrong Excel / PowerPoint skills; comfort turning data into structured frameworksFamiliarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and basic data logicExcellent project management and communication skillsPREFERRED SKILLSExperience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, or other documentation/task management toolsExposure to marketing technology (ZMP, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, CRMs, etc.)Understanding of AI/ML application in marketing data (even at a conceptual level)BENEFITS & PERKSUnlimited PTOExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverageEmployee EquityEmployee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!SALARY RANGEThe salary range for this role is$130,000 - $140,000, depending on location and experience.
