This position is based at our store located at 1010 N Main St, Vidor, Texas 77662. Our Vidor location serves as a community cornerstone, providing essential services and products to our neighbors in the area. What You'll Do as a Lead Customer Service Representative
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of duties that keep our store running smoothly and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression. No two days will be exactly alike, which is what makes this role so exciting and engaging.
Customer Interaction & Service
Greet each customer with a warm, welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm
Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency, processing all transactions smoothly
Provide attentive customer assistance by answering questions and offering product recommendations

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to suggest relevant items and upsell opportunities

Manage daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard
Monitor and maintain store appearance, keeping shelves stocked and displays visually appealing
Work across multiple areas of the store, both indoors and outdoors, as needed

Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking products

Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service

Preferred Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience
Prior entry-level management or supervisory experience
Sales associate or cashiering background

Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
