About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant in Consumer Lending in AutoIn this role, you will:Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunitiesParticipate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary marketLead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluationSupport various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expensesProvide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growthCollaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional areaRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Auto industry experience7+ years in a sales management role with a focus on full balance sheet salesExperience making sales calls and sales presentationsExperience preparing sales reports for senior managementSales and Relationship experience with national groups within the auto industryExperience with Salesforce, Velocity, and TableauStrong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skillsAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationshipsAbility to participate in the development and implementation of sales and service goals to ensure that organizational and customer goals are metIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationAbility to interact effectively and confidently with senior managementStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsDealer services or auto finance risk experiencePrevious experience with a high-volume auto portfolioPrevious experience with auto operations, sales, and/or creditJob Expectations:Fully remote positionApproximately 25% travel requiredPosting End Date: 30 Mar 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
