They will lead and assist with Assessment reporting and projects. The Lead Analyst will also be a key contributor in any Proof of Concept based reporting. They will be responsible for training all co-workers in areas of expertise, including but not limited to PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and Databricks. The individual will work closely with Operations along with serving as a resource for report development Ensemble Health Partners. The incumbent must be competent to work at a high technical level on all phases of an applications development cycle. The Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence will be responsible for the performance and effectiveness of assigned projects and may have matrix oversight of a team of Analysts and Engineers assigned to a project. The position will require an in-depth knowledge of all Revenue Cycle KPIs and how to manage them in different host systems. The position will also be responsible for developing and supporting internal operational processes for the Business Intelligence team. This position will utilize and review Databricks, Power BI, and/or other programming, database and statistical applications to ensure quality reports are written and distributed to the Business Intelligence Community.​Essential Job Functions:Lead and assist with Assessment based reporting and projectsReview and QA SQL scripting for efficiencies and standards/formatting for the COA teamCollaborate with Operational and COA leaders on any escalated reporting needsHelp assist in training all co-workers and operational leaders in use of PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and DatabricksCreate SQL Templates for reoccurring use in DatabricksCreate and Maintain PowerBI reportsIdentifying, developing, and validating the appropriate technological solution for various reporting needsConduct routine analysis and tests of various components of reports to ensure proper processes yieldexpected results.Manage ad-hoc & recurring reports and analyses for site leaders and key business partners.Provide insight to decision makers in the organization using analyses of past performanceAnalyze data to measure effectiveness of business processes and assist with development of reportingIdentify, investigate, track, and resolve errors ensuring the solutions are timely and of acceptable quality.Must be able to handle potentially stressful situations and multiple tasks simultaneouslyCollaborates with business partners to gain a deep understanding of business problem/need to ensurethat we are creating the right solutions for our organizationDeliver a professional, customer-focused and high performing serviceAbility to empathize with internal stakeholders to facilitate key decisions.Evidence of independent research, and analytical, problem-solving skillsPreferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience5-7 years of related professional experiencePowerBI Knowledge(Snowflake vs Star Schema, Different Storage Types, Calculation Groups,Native Query vs Direct Connect)Microsoft Excel Advanced Knowledge: Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Pivot Visualization,Data ConnectionsAdvanced SQL Skills(Derived tables, CTEs, partitions)Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, Python, SSIS/SSRSThis position pays between $101,600-152,400 based on experience This posting addresses state specific requirements to provide pay transparency.
