Lawyer Needed – Set Up Women/Minority-Owned Business (MWBE) + Full Certification Support
Description:
I’m looking for an experienced attorney or consultant to help set up a women/minority-owned business (MWBE) from start to finish.
This is not just basic LLC formation—I need someone who understands the full process, including structuring, compliance, and certification strategy.
Scope of Work:
Advise on best entity structure (ownership, control, compliance)
Form the business entity (LLC or Corp)
Guide and handle MWBE certification (NY preferred, open to multi-state strategy)
Ensure everything is set up properly to qualify and avoid issues later
Provide strategic advice on positioning the business for approvals and contracts
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with MWBE / DBE / WBE certifications
Strong understanding of New York requirements (plus if multi-state)
Legal or consulting background with business structuring
Can take ownership and guide this from A–Z
Important:
