Overview of the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with our Sales and Success Account Teams to build a robust sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report to a Sales Development Manager and work closely with our teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed metrics for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity
Navigate objections using value-driven messaging to drive customer engagement
Craft compelling emails and video prospecting to deliver value to our customers
Collaborate with Sales and Success Account Teams to build a strong pipeline
Utilize our sales tools, including SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English
No prior SDR experience required; we welcome candidates looking to launch or transition their sales careers
Results-driven mindset with a strong desire for accountability and achievement
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Commitment to continuous learning, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for feedback and coaching
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a baseline salary range higher than the typical market range. Our base pay ranges for new hires in the United States are:
Zone A: $27.26 - $36.35
Zone B: $24.52 - $32.69
Zone C: $22.64 - $30.19
