Keller Williams has partnered with Kaplan Real Estate Education to offer KSCORE – a self-paced, online real estate licensing program. Through KSCORE, eligible candidates can complete their state-required education tuition-free and gain access to local mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities.
This is not a job offer, but a chance to begin the required education before applying for a position in real estate sales. Once licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to interview with Keller Williams or one of our local teams.

What the Program Includes:
• Access to state-approved pre-licensing coursework (online & self-paced)
• Support from local real estate professionals and coaches
• Weekly info sessions and training opportunities
• Guidance through the licensing process
• Career consultation upon course completion
Duties
• Ability to work independently and self-pace throughout the course.
• Sufficient reserves to pay for fingerprinting and real estate start-up fees.
• Complete the course quickly, and no longer than 3 weeks.
• Be willing to come into the office and attend trainings.
Requirements:
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Must have a driver's license
• Willing to complete the required coursework and licensing exam
• Self-motivated and open to learning in a commission-based industry
• No prior experience in real estate required
This opportunity is for the education and preparation phase only. You will not be employed or paid during the coursework. Upon successful licensure, you may become eligible to affiliate with a local Keller Williams office.
