LATAM Sales Operations Coordinator (Bilingual)

The LATAM Sales Operations Coordinator (Bilingual) will act as a liaison between distributors and the factory, ensuring timely order processing and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesQuickly and accurately process incoming orders. Order processing includes tasks such as checking the bill of material for factory changes, holding quote pricing and discounts, setting lead times for delivery, and setting up the order to reflect the customers’ shipping and billing preferencesCreate deliveries and shipments when system does not generate or require consolidation. Create air shipmentsMaintain the orders pending processing list, production note updates, customer inquiry logs, shipping status reports, complaint tracking reports and any other assigned reportsResolve invoice issues such as credit requests and customer deductions promptlyLearn to look up and use sales order, schedule, production, shipping, and invoice information in QADFollow up at least weekly on all assigned distributors’ open orders and provide distributors with timely updates about order status changesUnderstand and use customer service reference documents including product dimension sheets, product specification sheets, price lists, inventory reports, and lead-time reportsAdminister policies that govern pricing, order entry, order change, order status inquiry, and any other policy that relates to the Sales Administration DepartmentLearn the responsibilities of coworkers to back them up in their absencesPerform other related duties as assignedSkills1-3 years minimum experience in business training, customer service, sales, or qualitySpanish and English with proficiency in customer communications skills, both written and oral requiredMust have computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs and QAD preferred2 years' experience in customer support of industrial products preferredGlobal operations experience, LATAM preferredBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealthVisionDental401(k) with Rehlko matchingAnd moreCompany OverviewRehlko is a global leader in energy resilience, delivering the solutions critical to sustain and improve life.
