responsibilities:
Position: Laboratory Operations - Core 2
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Duration: 3-6 Months (Temporary only, not temp-to-hire)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hr
Job Overview:
This temporary position supports the DNA Production team and is intended to cover short-term employee leaves. Candidates must be able to work on-site in a lab environment and perform tasks that may involve exposure to chemicals and lifting over 20 lbs.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Willingness to work in a lab with exposure to chemicals (PPE required)
Basic proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, web-based applications)
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of college coursework toward a scientific degree
Prior lab experience (academic or professional)
Familiarity with lab equipment and instrumentation
Background in science or related technical field
skills: GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
