Job Title: Remote Bookkeeper for Hospitality Clients
Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and professional bookkeeper with a background in the hospitality sector. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to support our restaurant clientele while being part of a vibrant team that prioritizes growth, empathy, and integrity.
Compensation And Benefits
$26 per hour during the training period
$29 per hour upon successful completion of training
The training period typically lasts 6 months

Key Responsibilities
Manage reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reviews for around 20 small businesses monthly.
Provide comprehensive accounts payable services, including the organization and payment of bills weekly, monthly sales tax filing, and cash flow management.
Deliver outstanding client service with a focus on achieving 5-star reviews each quarter.
Assume ownership of your responsibilities and actively seek constructive feedback to improve your skills.
Communicate effectively, ensuring timely responses to teammates within 60 minutes and to clients within 24 hours.
Required Skills
A minimum of one year of bookkeeping experience within the restaurant industry.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
A passion for organization and lists; you thrive on maintaining order.
Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, complemented by a fun and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications
At least one year of relevant bookkeeping experience in hospitality.
Capability to demonstrate fundamental bookkeeping knowledge.
