We are currently seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional legal support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Job Description: As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of matters including workplace investigations, wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, labor relations, and compliance issues. You will work closely with clients to provide proactive counsel and litigation support in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters to employers and employeesDraft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and severance packagesRepresent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings (EEOC, NJDCR, DOL, etc.)Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefsStay up-to-date on labor and employment law developments at the state and federal levelQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing to practice law in New JerseyMinimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment lawStrong writing, research, and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work collaborativelyExperience with litigation and administrative hearings is preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k))Flexible work arrangements (remote and hybrid options)Professional development and continuing legal education supportA collegial and supportive team environment
