L1 IT Support Specialist for Google Workspace and CRM

We are looking to hire a reliable and proactive L1 IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for our internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, technically capable, responsive, and comfortable handling user support across common business systems.

The right candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, Zoho CRM access/user provisioning, and general IT support tasks. In addition, we want someone who is AI-savvy—someone who understands today’s AI tools, knows common business use cases for AI, and can apply AI practically to improve efficiency, troubleshooting, and internal workflows.

### Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 support to internal users for general IT issues
• Manage **Google Workspace** user administration, access, permissions, and basic troubleshooting
• Handle **CRM access provisioning/deprovisioning**, user account setup, role assignment, and permission changes
• Support onboarding/offboarding tasks for internal staff
• Troubleshoot common user issues related to accounts, access, applications, and productivity tools
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical resources when required
• Maintain clear communication, ticket updates, and documentation
• Assist internal teams with tool usage and access-related requests
• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve support efficiency and problem-solving

### Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in **L1 IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk**
• Strong working knowledge of **Google Workspace Admin**
• Experience with **user access management** and **CRM provisioning**
• Familiarity with common SaaS platforms, account setup, password resets, permissions, and basic troubleshooting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to support requests

### AI Expectations

The candidate must be comfortable with AI tools and concepts, including:
• Understanding of current AI tools and practical business use cases
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity, draft responses, summarize information, and support troubleshooting
• Comfortable learning and adapting to evolving AI workflows
• Bonus if you have used tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar in day-to-day operations

### Nice to Have
• Experience supporting remote/internal distributed teams
• Basic understanding of SaaS administration and access governance
• Experience with ticketing systems and SOP-based support
• Exposure to automation tools or workflow optimization
