Due to the flexible nature of the freelance position, this role will be at various locations vs. a permanent retail store.

Your Field Executive will welcome you to the Kiehl’s family and customize a training plan for you. You will have access to our digital platform, Kiehl’s Academy, where you’ll learn all about our brand, products and services and feel empowered to hit the sales floor running.

Here’s how you’ll succeed:

Build strong relationships with everyone in your store and authentic connections with your customers

Express your passion for skincare: Inspire customers with products and trends through demonstrating products and sharing expert tips

Be a Kiehl’s Ambassador in your local community to spread brand love, build relationships and drive sales

Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives

Take pride in your area by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of stock to best represent the brand
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and/or holidays imperative

Qualifications:

You have a high school diploma or the equivalent

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills

You are comfortable performing skin care services on customers’ faces (as necessary and when dictated by customer and business needs) after being trained on all proper protocols to do so

You have a flexible work schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Hourly rates for this position range from $20-$25 hourly depending on location and experience.
