Your Qualifications:
ā¢ No prior experience is needed, but we value any background in customer service, cashiering, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, and safety standards in fast-food settings.
ā¢ Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
ā¢ Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ā¢ Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand and walk for entire shifts, navigate through compact spaces safely, and utilize restaurant equipment effectively.

KFC Crew Members will receive compensation that aligns with their skills and experience. Exact compensation will vary based on individual qualifications, location, and other criteria as permitted by law, and will be discussed during the hiring process. Here are the expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position:
ā¢ Salary range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour in general areas
ā¢ State of Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
ā¢ State of New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
ā¢ New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
ā¢ Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
ā¢ Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
