About the position
Chobani is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join its Foodservice team, focusing on managing and developing the foodservice region chain business. This role involves selling Chobani's full portfolio to new and established regional coffee chains, QSRs, and local multi-unit fast casual and fine dining establishments. The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the foodservice industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plan designed to exceed sales targets and expand market share within assigned region.

Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at regional foodservice chains, including distributors, buyers, and operators.

Lead full sales cycle from lead identification to sold, including presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and securing commitments.
,
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and superior customer satisfaction.
,
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for creative go to market strategy, and experience enhancement.

Track sales performance metrics through CRM and provide regular reports and updates to management on progress towards goals.

Utilize strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel, industry insights and competitive trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years consumer packaged goods experience including large Foodservice regional account management, corporate or national account and/or distribution experience.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively
,
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
