Job Description:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Key Account Manager in Dental you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
• Exceeding region forecast for assigned Key Accounts.
• Developing, communicating & executing Key Account business plans.
• Analyze sales data, competitive landscape, & white space sales opportunities.
• Liaison between Key Accounts and the field sales team.
• Support and help drive sales growth amongst team members.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of Dental Industry sales experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
• Experience selling through distribution.
• Data Analytic Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
• Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience & Success calling on strategic accounts.
• Experience selling to dental DSO’s or Large Group Practices.

Travel: May include up to 50% Domestic Travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
