Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English) Location: Remote – Must reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA Pay Rate: $18.48/hr (Base wage) Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Join TTEC, a global leader in customer experience, as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting English and Spanish-speaking customers. In this remote role, you’ll help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and trust.
