Responsibilities • Handle video calls, interpreting conversations between individuals with limited English language skills and representatives from various industries. • Provide interpretation services in healthcare, insurance, financial, law enforcement, and other sectors. Requirements • Fluent in English and Karen (Southeast Asian). • High school diploma or GED. • Knowledge of medical terminologies is considered an asset. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with no planned absences for at least the first 6 months. • Legally authorized to work in the US and must reside in the US. • Have a suitable quiet and secure work-at-home environment. • Have a stable and fast internet connection. • Comfortable being on camera for video calls.
