Description

We’re revolutionizing education by empowering students to steer their own learning journey towards their envisioned futures. Our commitment lies in providing families across the St. Louis area with unparalleled educational choices and opportunities. Since our establishment in 2022, we’ve been focused on nurturing the potential of K-4 students in the Normandy area...

A Mission-Driven Team

We are assembling a dedicated team of educators who embody our mission: cultivating skills in our students through immersive, academically robust, culturally inclusive, and relationship-centered learning environments.

Teachers as Leaders

Join us in shaping the future of education in St. Louis. Our academic year begins with 3.5 weeks of intensive summer professional development, followed by continuous support and growth opportunities throughout the year. We believe in the transformative power of an exceptional staff, achieved through meticulous planning, collaborative practice, constructive feedback, iterative refinement, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional development.

Building Together

At our school, we are actively constructing an educational institution rather than simply joining a pre-existing one. While the journey may be challenging, the impact is immeasurable.
