Our academic year begins with 3.5 weeks of intensive summer professional development, followed by continuous support and growth opportunities throughout the year. We believe in the transformative power of an exceptional staff, achieved through meticulous planning, collaborative practice, constructive feedback, iterative refinement, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
Internalize and deliver curriculum content effectively, ensuring engaging instruction daily.
Develop supplementary resources to deepen students comprehension and engagement.
Implement school-wide and classroom procedures rigorously to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
Inspire students to excel academically and behaviorally by setting and maintaining clear expectations.
Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies, adapting plans as needed to address learning gaps.
Maintain regular communication with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectations.
