You’ll collaborate on real apps, attend optional meetings, and get feedback and help on code as needed. You’ll learn while delivering — and get paid for your contributions.
What You’ll Actually Do:
• Join live or async meetings with clients or senior devs (as needed)
• Contribute to live codebases (frontend/backend/API/bug fixes)
• Get help completing tasks from senior mentors (we’ve got your back)
• Learn by doing, without the pressure of solo freelancing
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Are new to tech or just starting your dev career
• Have some experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, or similar
• Know how to use GitHub, Zoom, and Slack
• Want real projects on your résumé — and real dollars in your account
• Are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have reliable internet and communication skills
Pay & Flexibility:
• Pay: $25–$45/hr equivalent (based on contribution level and project type)
• Structure: Independent Contractor (1099) — you choose your availability
• Payout: Per project milestone or hourly depending on scope
• No employment benefits (this is freelance work), but tons of hands-on experience
