Junior Software / AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) – Internship

The Role
As a Junior Software / AI Engineer (Intern), you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and researchers to help design, prototype, and deploy components of our AI agent infrastructure. You’ll gain hands-on experience building intelligent systems that combine large language models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and cloud-native deployment.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how to engineer production-ready AI systems, from architecture to evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
• AI Agent Development
o Assist in building and refining LLM-based agents capable of planning, reasoning, and tool-use.
o Help integrate memory and context systems using structured data and vector databases.
o Support testing of agent reasoning and decision-making workflows.
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
o Contribute to developing orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
o Learn to implement and debug agent-to-agent communication and task-sharing mechanisms.
o Collaborate on simulations of distributed agent workflows and coordination.
• Infrastructure & Deployment
o Help containerize services using Docker and learn about Kubernetes deployment.
o Participate in setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
o Support monitoring, evaluation, and reliability testing for deployed AI agents.
• Agent Memory & Tooling
o Experiment with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and graph databases (Neo4j) for agent memory systems.
o Help connect agents to external APIs and tools for dynamic reasoning and interaction.
• Evaluation & Safety
o Assist in developing automated test pipelines for LLM-based systems.
o Contribute to documenting and monitoring model performance, behavior, and safety checks.
o Learn about ethical AI practices, including transparency and bias detection.

Qualifications
• Strong programming foundation in Python (knowledge of TypeScript is a plus).
• Basic understanding of machine learning, LLMs, or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Interest in distributed systems, cloud computing, or data infrastructure.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
• Passion for building the next generation of intelligent, autonomous systems.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP through coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, FastAPI, or LangGraph.
• Exposure to vector databases, graph databases, or API integration.

• Background or curiosity in fintech, crypto, or market analytics.
