Business Analyst Data Operation and Management
## Responsibilities Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by implementing validation checks and data quality standards. Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect the most current information. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors. Data Integration: Work on data integration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Collaborate with Tech teams to implement data integration solutions. Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, processes, and data lineage. ## Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related field Experience in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work 2+ years of experience with SQL 2+ years of experience in one of the following or related roles - Technical Project Management/ Data Analytics Experience in ETL and data warehousing Detail-oriented and good business sense Experience of FinTech startups or financial institutions is a plus Experience in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, is a plus • *The crypto industry is evolving rapidly, offering new opportunities in blockchain, web3, and remote crypto roles — don’t miss your chance to be part of it.** Apply tot his job
