Junior Sales Representative - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative - Remote Opportunity who will be responsible for explaining to clients the permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via phone and ZoomBuild trust and maintain strong long-term client relationshipsPresent permanent benefits programs in an engaging and professional mannerGuide clients step-by-step to ensure they understand their entitlementsMaintain accurate records and complete required documentation on timeCollaborate with team members to meet and exceed company standards
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States1 year of experience in customer service or sales experience preferredAbility to work independently while contributing to team successComfort with digital tools such as Zoom and completing basic forms and documentationStrong English communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsQuick learner with strong adaptability in fast-paced environments
