Junior RPA Support Analyst (Remote EST/CST) Location:Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred) Duration: 12+ Months (High potential for extension or full-time) Employment Type: Contract / CTH Job Description We are seeking a Junior RPA Support Analyst to provide daily operational support for UiPath RPA bots used within ERP-related business processes. The role focuses on troubleshooting, monitoring, and customer support, not full development. You will work closely with RPA Engineers and business users to resolve automation issues and ensure smooth bot performance.This position is fully remote, but candidates must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zone for effective team coordination. Responsibilities • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support UiPath RPA bots • Investigate bot failures, errors, and performance issues • Work with business users to resolve automation-related inquiries • Escalate complex issues to RPA Engineers when needed • Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions • Ensure high-quality support with strong attention to detailRequired Skills • Bachelor s degree preferred • Foundational RPA experience (coursework, internship, or entry-level work) • Exposure to UiPath (preferred) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly • Basic knowledge of: • SQL • VBA/VB scripting or Excel Macros • Working with APIs Preferred/Additional RPA Tools Experience with other RPA platforms is also acceptable: Automation Anywhere, bolthires Power Automate, Blue Prism, Appian, Kofax, Pega, Workato.Apply tot his job
