Junior Project Manager (all genders)
Oviedo | Full time (40 hours) Your position We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our Digital Transformation department to support our team in leading transformational projects and project teams across regions and business functions. You will be supporting in driving the project's lifecycle from planning, and implementation to closure. This can include the preparation of relevant project documentation ( such as timeline, budget, resource planning ) as well as the follow-up on the project progress with the project teams in individual meetings as well as project update calls. You will be working in a diverse, dynamic and performance-driven team with a good team spirit. Your tasks • Planning and managing timelines, workshop schedules and monitor completion of planned deliverables • Providing proper project status visibility through the maintenance of clean project documentation and regular updates • Leading smaller projects or work packages that are part of a bigger project yourself, such as the risk management or the project interdependencies. Your profile • A bachelor's degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Languages: English - Fluent Nice to have: Familiarity with refractory materials and recycling. Previous hands-on experience in areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Power BI development is essential, and knowledge of SQL will be an asset.
