Overview:
ERP International, LLC is seeking a full-time Junior Power BI Analyst to support support our DISA customer. The Power BI Analyst works with customer stakeholders to develop data driven solutions to support mission needs and works across the agency to support data visualization efforts. The Power BI Analyst will develop metrics driven by customer requirements and develop decision support tools to improve decision making.

Pay Range: $67,000 - $84,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Responsibilities:
Job Specific Details and Tasks:
• Participate in discussion sessions to model and document systems in terms of business processes, data, services, and technology infrastructure.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards
• Provide documentation and analysis of enterprise data elements and meta-data products.
• Review and understand the Data Governance strategies and recommend approaches for successful implementations.
• Work closely with the client to establish and maintain an excellent relationship with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze business data to help understand and manage the use of data to drive business value.
• Support data governance and data interchange efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Active DoD Secret Clearance
Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
Minimum Skills
• 1 - 2 Years of Power BI experience
• Experience analyzing data and creating data visualization products
• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong experience in writing and editing documents and work products.
Desired Skills
• Ability to translate business and data needs into technical requirements
• MS SQL experience
• MS Power Platform and Sharepoint experience
