This entry-level role focuses on helping clients streamline their workflows using monday.com, with responsibilities including project organization, client communication, and technology configuration. Responsibilities • Work side-by-side with senior consultants on monday.com implementation projects — from discovery to delivery. • Help document client needs, map business processes, and keep projects organized.• Configure, test, and fine-tune monday.com boards and automations. • Create reports, templates, and training materials that help clients succeed. • Join client calls and demos to build confidence presenting and problem-solving. • Stay on top of new monday.com features and share creative ideas with the team. • Troubleshoot issues and find simple, effective solutions. Skills • Curious and motivated: You love learning new tools and figuring out how things work. • People person: You enjoy collaborating, asking questions, and helping others solve problems.• Strong communicator: You can explain ideas clearly and stay organized across multiple priorities. • Tech-comfortable: You pick up new platforms fast — experience with monday.com or similar tools is a plus (but not required!). • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and like tackling something new every day. • Educated or equivalent: Bachelor’s degree or comparable hands-on experience. • Eagerness to Learn: You’re curious, proactive, and excited to develop new skills in technology, consulting, and process improvement.• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, information systems, or a related field. • Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy figuring things out whether that’s untangling a workflow, testing a new feature, or finding a smarter way to organize data. • People Skills: You’re comfortable talking with clients, listening carefully, and translating needs into clear actions. • Organization & Follow-Through: You can manage multiple small tasks, stay on top of details, and meet deadlines.• Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments, support your teammates, and contribute to shared goals. • Tech-Savvy: You pick up new tools quickly, and you’re comfortable exploring cloud-based platforms like monday.com, bolthires Workspace, or similar systems. • Positive Attitude: You bring energy, professionalism, and curiosity to every project — even when learning something new.
