Role Description Alias Group is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry professional. As a Data Entry professional, your primary role will be to assist with the accurate entry and management of critical information into our databases, ensuring this data is accessible, accurate, and properly organized. • Accurately inputting data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files • Transferring data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners • Handling and organizing large volumes of information without error • Performing administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and keying in data • Carrying out data validation and correction of identified errors • Delivering regular reports and data logs • Maintaining confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies Qualifications • Proven experience with data entry work and familiarity with relevant computer systems • Ability to type quickly many words per minute, accurately • Strong knowledge of databases, MS Office, and data programs • Attention to detail and ability to notice errors or inconsistencies in data • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant work experience preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Requirements • Highly detail-oriented and capable of performing tasks with a high degree of accuracy • Able to type fast and have excellent attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable with extended periods of data entry • Able to focus on the task at hand and balance this with other administrative duties Benefits • Competitive pay • Flexible work schedule and the possibility of remote work • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement • Engaging work environment with a diverse and inclusive team Apply tot his job
