RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform reconciliation of financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading technology.
• Assist and support clients in utilizing our software effectively to manage their real estate investments.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing their use of our platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our software capabilities and updates to provide informed support to clients.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate
• Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career
• Tremendous follow-through
• An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
• BA/BS or equivalent preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance
