The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Job Description
As a Junior Finance & TAX Specialist in the KBS local finance team, you will support daily financial operations across various accounting and global tax/transfer pricing topics. This position offers a strong foundation in finance and tax within an international environment and provides opportunities to contribute to compliance, process quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Support operational transfer pricing tasks, including monthly margin analysis, maintaining intercompany agreements, resolution of operational issues, and assisting in business partnering.
Contribute to transfer pricing compliance activities, such as documentation, benchmarking, policy updates, and CBCR (Country-by-Country Reporting).
Monitor changes in tax laws and maintain ownership of the global compliance tracker.
Assist with tax and financial audits, providing support and documentation.
Cross-functional collaboration (with Controlling, Finance, Legal departments, across the Business Units).
Support internal and external reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and statutory standards.
Work closely with colleagues across various KOSTAL entities.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting ideas for standardization and automation.
Document work processes clearly and ensure procedure materials remain up to date.


Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience

0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting; internship or student work experience is highly valued.
Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work with financial systems and tools.

Languages

Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
Native Hungarian.
