The Role: Support Real Estate Agents & Help Them Win

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for a dedicated group of 25–35 real estate clients. You’ll guide them through onboarding, manage their day-to-day needs, track campaign performance, and help ensure they get real results.

You’ll work alongside a high-performing marketing team, including our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (who you'll report to), and be trained in the very systems that are changing how real estate agents attract leads and grow their brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Management & Communication
• Serve as the dedicated success partner for 30 clients (real estate agents)
• Lead onboarding calls and walk new clients through our proven lead generation process
• Conduct bi-weekly check-ins, send regular performance updates, and respond quickly to client needs

Marketing Campaign Oversight
• Help set up and launch high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (training provided)
• Coordinate with internal ad team to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
• Ensure campaigns stay on track and aligned with each client's unique goals

Reporting & Insights
• Pull performance reports and explain results in a clear, compelling way to clients
• Monitor lead quality, response rates, and follow-up systems to help clients convert more deals
• Proactively flag issues and offer solutions before they become problems

Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with our senior marketing strategist and fulfillment team
• Share client feedback, ideas, and opportunities to improve our systems
• Help refine the client experience as we scale

What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, client success, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-through you don't drop the ball
• Comfortable on Zoom and confident leading client-facing conversations
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn CRMs, analytics dashboards, and marketing tools
• A proactive, positive attitude you like solving problems, not creating them

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working with real estate agents or a background in the industry
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, CRMs (like GoHighLevel is a BONUS), or digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates, etc.)
