We prioritize human connections and regularly engage in activities like coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more to build strong relationships. **The Opportunity** We're looking for a Customer Support Level 1 Specialist to join our Customer Support & Success team. As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies, from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across various industries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects * Advise customers on the best way to use our software to meet their needs * Track customer interactions in Salesforce * Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand our product functionality * Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers * Assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers * Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base * Conduct product demos for prospects * Conduct Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers **What We're Looking For:** * At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS * Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences * A growth mentality and a self-motivated approach to learning and development * Experience working with technology, including web and mobile applications * Ability to work 9am-6pm EST **Our Benefits:** * Unlimited PTO policy, allowing you to take time off when you need it * Annual company offsite, where we get together as a whole company to build connections and have fun * Social time, including coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more * Generous health insurance for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans * Equity for all full-time roles **Join Our Team and Grow with Us** At arenaflex, we believe that everyone can grow and thrive in our dynamic and supportive team.
