Company:Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Taiwan.You will provide advisory consulting services to clients on employee benefits design, as well as supporting benefits implementation and monitor program operations. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:We will count on you to:Understanding the health and employee benefits market, including benefit design strategies, vendor capabilities, and healthcare cost factors, to propose suitable solution or optimization based on clients’ benefit philosophies and program structures.Assisting in the implementation of benefit programs and monitoring operational efficiency.
